Kellie Moore Lakamp is a veteran of the digital entertainment marketplace. Prior to launching Fluxe as a consulting business, Kellie led the consulting division of Davis Shapiro Media Advisors, a digital media advisory firm. Kellie managed content acquisition negotiations, business development, strategic partnerships, and content rights strategies on behalf of her technology/new media clients. Serving as a liaison with the major records labels, film studios, major networks and cable channels, Kellie structured content deals appropriate for innovative technology offerings.
Prior to joining Davis Shapiro Media Advisors, Kellie co-founded, MediaMaster, a next generation music service offering. Leading the business development efforts, she assisted with fundraising, content acquisition and strategic partnerships. Prior to MediaMaster, Kellie managed the global music and video sales organization for Macrovision, the market leader in security solutions for the entertainment and software industries. Prior to Macrovision, Kellie was at Loudeye Corp, a global digital media company for content fulfillment and distribution, where she managed the company's label relations, developed and negotiated worldwide content fulfillment contracts and launched the independent content licensing program. She started her career as the first employee of EncodeThis, a media technology company, where she led negotiations of the company's major business development efforts and agreements, including critical strategic partnerships and key customer wins in the digital music industry. Kellie received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is a board member of the non-profit organization, Coachart.
